The French word École means "School"... a place of learning. Historically "Schools" have been physical structures where instruction is delivered to impart knowledge and skills to learners. Technology is now enabling large numbers of remote "learners" to acquire key skills and knowledge they need to perform certain tasks, any time, from any place, at their own pace. Technology also enables trainers, education administrators and teachers monitor learners' progress and undertake required interventions to ensure desired outcomes.
Ecole Solutions has been founded with the conviction that large numbers of capable individuals can be transformed to be able to perform seemingly complex or difficult tasks through a process of "outcome" based learning. This entails imparting of required knowledge and skills, bringing about essential behavioural changes. Measuring and certifying knowledge and skill acquisition results in Knowledge Assurance.
